• Quotations are valid for thirty (30) days.
• Prices are subject to applicable taxes.
• Freight, duties, and customs charges are extra.
• Delivery dates are estimates only.
Orders are not binding until accepted by QCHE.
QCHE reserves the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason.
Payment terms are specified on quotations, invoices, or written agreements.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QCHE shall not be liable for:

• Consequential damages;
• Loss of profits;
• Production downtime;
• Business interruption;
• Loss of data.
QCHE’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
Customers are responsible for:
• Proper installation;
• Proper operation;
• Compliance with applicable regulations;
• Ensuring suitability of products for their intended application.
All website content, logos, trademarks, images, drawings, and technical documents remain the property of QCHE or their respective owners.
No material may be copied or reproduced without written permission.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
